Project Solutions Inc. is seeking a Construction Management Representative to support a National Park Service project at Mesa Verde National Park.

You will oversee on-site construction activities, review plans, attend meetings, and document progress, safety and quality in coordination with the NPS and contractor. The ideal candidate has a 4-year degree in engineering or construction management, 10+ years of experience in construction management, PE licensure, and proven ability to manage

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Technology, Construction Management or related field.
• 10+ years experience in construction management, civil/environmental/site work.
• PE licensure and ability to work on federally funded projects preferred.
• Experience with municipal waterline and HDD advantageous.
• Strong documentation, reporting and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and support to Colorado during construction.
• Read and interpret construction contract plans and specs.
• Attend and facilitate project meetings and document minutes.
• Perform on-site inspections and document findings with photos and reports.
• Review contractor progress schedules and cost estimates.
• Process RFIs, track responses, and assist in resolutions.
• Ensure work conforms to codes, safety standards and contract documents.
