Job summary

Project Solutions Inc. seeks a seasoned Construction Management Representative to support a National Park Service project at Mesa Verde National Park. The role focuses on waterline replacement, HDD methods, site restoration, and improvements to park infrastructure.

You will oversee technical aspects, document progress, supervise inspections, and coordinate with the Government and A/E teams to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion on a large, federally funded project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Technology, Construction Management or related field.
• Ten years of relevant construction/engineering PM experience.
• Professional Civil Engineer (PE) licensure.
• Direct experience with municipal waterline/pipeline construction and HDD.
• Proven project documentation, reporting and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience on federally funded or historic/environmentally sensitive sites preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination with A/E teams and NPS personnel.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to CO during construction.
• Read, interpret and understand contract plans and specs.
• Facilitate project meetings and document minutes.
• Conduct on-site inspections and document findings with photos/reports.
• Manage contractor issues, schedules and cost estimates.
• Review contractor schedules and progress; draft related correspondence.
• Inspect for quality, safety, and conformance to codes and contracts.
• Analyze and respond to RFIs and payment requests; track follow ups.
