Job summary

PowerSecure is seeking a Construction Manager (I) to oversee DI equipment installations on construction sites. You will ensure safety, on-time delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with project specs while representing PowerSecure at the site level.

You will coordinate with customers, utilities, AHJs, and subcontractors, manage daily site activities, supervise resources, and lead project meetings to keep installations progressing smoothly and to a high standard of quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 2+ years of construction experience.
• Ability to read and communicate proficiently in English.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
• Proficiency with standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe and healthy work sites per standards.
• Coordinate daily safety briefs with contractors and company employees.
• Lead project meetings with customers, utilities, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Proficiently understand all aspects of project and adequately manage the installation.
• Ensure project sites are left tidy and follow housekeeping standards.
• Coordinate with respective parties for timely execution of project schedule.
• Communicate with Senior Staff to ensure each project is installed safely, timely, and on budget.
