Job summary

HNTB is seeking a seasoned Construction Manager to coordinate field activities and manage engineering services on diverse projects up to $10M in value. You will lead scope development, cost control, and schedule alignment while coordinating with architects and engineers to respond to RFIs promptly.

Ideal candidates bring a bachelor's in CM/engineering and 8 years of relevant experience, or 12 years of experience in lieu of a degree. Overnight/weekend shifts may be required at times.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or relevant degree and 8 years relevant experience, or
• In lieu of education, 12 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor field construction administration activities on diverse projects.
• Prepare submittals, schedules, and cost control plans to ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead project delivery plans using SDA and develop the project management plan.
• Oversee change orders, cost estimates, and QA/QC within discipline.
• Support business development and client relations for strategic projects.
