Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience or higher academic credentials.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management, project execution, or related fields.
• Experience in industrial or regulated environments including GMP/pharma is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction execution, field coordination, and contractor management practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction execution and field coordination for capital, expense, and maintenance projects.
• Manage contractor relationships, RFIs, submittals, and change requests.
• Champion safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on site.
• Support project controls including schedule, cost tracking, and change management.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
