National OnDemand, Inc. is seeking an Underground Construction Manager to oversee Outside Plant construction and delivery for nationwide fiber projects. Lead field teams and ensure quality installation in line with client standards.

The role requires 3–5 years in telecom construction, strong leadership and communication skills, and a valid driver’s license. Travel 75–80% and site visits are expected.

Formación

• 3–5 years related work experience required.
• Telecommunications industry construction experience required.
• Proven leadership and teamwork skills fostering an inclusive environment.

• Maintain project documentation and reporting.
