Job summary

AmeriTech Contracting LLC is seeking a seasoned Construction Supervisor to oversee all on-site activities, enforce safety, manage schedules, quality, and budget compliance on complex projects. You will coordinate subcontractors, review drawings and specs, document daily progress with photos, and ensure timely turnover while maintaining OSHA standards and client requirements.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of field leadership, deep knowledge of boiler systems/HVAC, and the ability to read

Qualifications

7+ years of continuous construction experience.
Experience with boiler systems, HVAC, or high-pressure water/gas.
Ability to read and interpret contract documents, drawings, scopes of work and project schedule.
Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills.
Valid, unrestricted driver's license is essential to the job duties.
OSHA certification.

Responsibilities

Review and analyze project construction documents including drawings, specifications, amendments, accident prevention plan and quality control plan.
Coordinate and inspect sub-contractor work to ensure compliance with contract documents and safety requirements.
Identify issues, RFI needs, and field changes with practical solutions.
Oversee equipment utilization, material deliveries, and manpower allocation.
Document daily on-site activities and progress with narrative and photos.
