Job summary

CRH Idaho Materials & Construction is seeking aFront line supervisor to oversee day-to-day project completion and coordinate laborers and operators. The role requires travel to job locations and focus on Storm Utility, Dirt/Earth Work, and Miscellaneous Concrete tasks.

Responsibilities include leading safety initiatives, coordinating with project management for instructions, coaching staff, and ensuring plans are followed and quality standards are met on site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related construction experience.
• Ability to read plans and specifications.
• Mathematical understanding for grades, slopes, yields.
• Knowledge of materials and equipment used in field work.

Responsibilities

• Lead crew in safety culture and ensure a safe working environment.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and Superintendent to follow job instructions.
• Train and coach personnel in daily tasks and responsibilities.
• Read and follow owners' plans and specifications.
• Supervise equipment operators and laborers to meet field layouts and quality standards.
• Ensure proper compaction, ride-ability, and aesthetics of work.
