Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, seeks a Site Construction Manager to lead field operations on client projects across the United States. You will represent the company on site, ensure safety, uphold quality standards, and manage schedule, contracts and client relations.

Preferred candidates will have substantial construction management experience on large industrial projects, including leading subcontractors. Travel is 100% and the role is field-based at project sites nationwide.

Qualifications

• Requires construction management experience and field leadership on large-scale industrial projects.
• Experience supervising subcontractors, ensuring safety, quality and schedule adherence.
• Must be able to prepare reports, manage documentation, and communicate with clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subcontractors and construction to meet safety, quality, and drawing intent.
• Ensure work adheres to project schedule; escalate delays to Project Construction Manager.
• Prepare Daily Reports, Quality Inspection Reports and Monthly Progress Reports.
• Maintain on-site records per company requirements and ensure correct drawing revisions.
• Develop contract extras and progress payments with Project Manager for client approval.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent + 12 years relevant experience

Associate degree + 9 years relevant experience

Bachelor’s degree + 6 years relevant experience (Construction Management/Engineering related)
