Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, seeks a Site Construction Manager to lead field operations at client project sites nationwide. You will manage safety, quality, scheduling, and customer relations while representing the company on site.

Ideal candidates have a strong background in construction management and supervision, with experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and ensuring drawings and specifications are followed. Travel is 100%.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree plus 9+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 6+ years of relevant experience in Construction Management/Engineering, with 3+ years in supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site subcontractors and construction to ensure safety, quality, and drawing intent.
• Ensure work follows the schedule; escalate delays to Project Construction Manager.
• Prepare Daily and Quality Inspection Reports and progress photos.
• Maintain on-site records per document control requirements.
• Prepare contract extras and progress payments in coordination with the Project Manager.
