Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Associate, or High School with substantial construction management experience.
• Experience supervising construction activities and coordinating subcontractors.
• Knowledge of safety, quality control, scheduling and reporting procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subcontractors and construction to ensure safety, quality and drawings compliance.
• Maintain project schedule and escalate delays to Project Construction Manager.
• Write Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports for records.
• Prepare Monthly Progress Reports and manage site documentation.
• Coordinate with project team to ensure latest drawings and contract changes are implemented.

Education

High school diploma +12 years of relevant experience

Associate degree +9 years of relevant experience

Bachelor’s degree +6 years of relevant experience
