Qualifications

• High school diploma with 12+ years of relevant construction management experience.
• Associate or Bachelor degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Construction Management/Supervision.
• Willingness to travel 100% to project sites across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Oversees subcontractors and construction to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to drawings.
• Maintains project schedule; Escalates delays to Project Construction Manager.
• Writes Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports for project records.
• Takes progress photographs and maintains organized site records.
• Prepares Monthly Progress Reports and verifies latest design drawings.
• Prepares contract extras and progress payments with the Project Manager.
• Maintains clear, professional communication with project management and clients.
