Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking a Site Construction Manager to lead field operations at client project sites across the United States. Responsibilities include safety, quality control, scheduling, contract compliance, and client relations as the company’s representative on-site.

Work is performed on projects of moderate to high complexity, with potential support to other Construction Managers on large projects. 100% travel required; OSHA 30 preferred.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant construction management experience
• Experience in supervising subcontractors
• Ability to work at project locations throughout the United States (100% field)

Responsibilities

• Oversee subcontractors and construction to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with drawings.
• Ensure work adheres to the project schedule and report delays to the PM.
• Prepare Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports.
• Take progress photographs and label them for records.
• Prepare Monthly Progress Reports.
• Maintain on-site records per document control requirements.
