Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in field construction management and supervision.
• Strong understanding of safety, quality control and scheduling.
• Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and document control requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversees subcontractors and construction to ensure safety, quality, and conformance to drawings.
• Keeps to the project schedule and escalates delays.
• Writes daily and quality inspection reports for project records.
