Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 9 years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree with 6 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Assist and coordinate with the site construction lead on scheduling, daily reports, quality control reports, and communications with subcontractors.
• Oversee subcontractors and construction to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to drawings.
• Ensure work adheres to the project schedule and escalate delays to the Project Construction Manager.
• Write Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports for review with site construction lead or Project Construction Manager.
• Take progress photographs of construction events and label each photograph.
• Assist with Monthly Progress Reports and ensure latest design drawings are used.
• Prepare contract extras and progress payments with the Project Manager.
• Provide clear correspondence with project management and clients to address issues.
