Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 12 years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree with 9 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience in Construction Management/Engineering or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversees subcontractors and construction to ensure safety, quality, and conformance with drawings.
• Ensures work adheres to project schedule; escalates delays to Project Construction Manager.
• Writes Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports for review with site lead or PM.
• Takes progress photographs and labels each photograph.
• Prepares Monthly Progress Reports.
