Primary location is Wallingford, CT with opportunities across the Northeast; travel is required to manage field activities and vendor coordination. The position offers full-time hours with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering or related field required.
• Experience may substitute for the degree requirement.
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of document control, scheduling and cost control software preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong organizational abilities.

Aufgaben

• Assist administration of safety, quality, schedule, cost control, contracts and procurement.
• Interface with client for proposals, project items and turnover.
• Support contract administration, RFI, submittals, change management & claims mitigation.
• Aid in development of project execution and QA plans.
• Assist with jobsite setup, mobilization and demobilization.
• Coordinate supplier/subcontractor pre-qualification and registrations.
• Support project controls including cost reporting, scheduling and WBS setup.
• Prepare internal and external project reports and meeting minutes.
