Job summary

Burns & McDonnell seeks a Construction Coordinator to support EPC project execution across multiple industries from Fort Worth, TX. You will aid in safety, quality, schedule, cost control, and documentation while interfacing with clients on proposals and project items.

The role involves assisting with RFPs, subcontracting, and contract administration, plus developing execution, QA, and staffing plans. Strong MS Office skills and organizational abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• Experience or substitution acceptable for degree requirement.
• Excellent computer skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Knowledge of document control, scheduling, cost control and PM software preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle large workloads and multi-task in a fast-paced setting.
• Must meet driving requirements and be legally authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Assist administration of project safety, quality, schedule, cost control, and contracts.
• Interface with client for proposals, projects, and related items.
• Support prime/subcontractor contracts, change orders, and procurement.
• Develop and implement project execution, QA, safety, and staffing plans.
• Assist with documentation, turnover, and closeout activities.
• Support project controls: cost reporting, scheduling, WBS, and progress tracking.
• Prepare internal/external reports: budgets, cash flow, status reports.
• Attend and record project and risk review meetings.
