Job summary

InLine, LLC in Jacksonville, Arkansas is seeking dependable General Construction Laborers to join our field operations team. You will support ITS infrastructure projects, including duct, conduit, fiber-optic work, and traffic-related installation tasks on active job sites.

Responsibilities include excavation, material handling, and assisting crews with equipment, while maintaining safe, compliant work sites.

Qualifications

• Physically able to perform outdoor construction work in varying weather and terrain.
• Valid driver's license; CDL preferred.
• Pass pre-employment screening and drug testing.
• On-the-job training provided; travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Install HDPE duct, conduit, and fiber-optic cable.
• Perform excavation, trenching, and material handling using tools.
• Assist crews with directional drills, excavators, and heavy equipment.
• Maintain safe, organized project sites and secure materials.
• Support ITS devices and roadway infrastructure installations.
