ElectriCom Inc in Star City, AR is seeking a Laborer to support telecommunications and utility construction crews. This role performs general labor tasks, operates hand and power tools, prepares work sites, and assists equipment operators and Foremen.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required; CDL highly desired.
• Ability to perform physically demanding labor tasks.
• Ability to work outdoors and travel as needed.
• Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and commitment to safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks including digging, lifting, carrying, and site preparation.
• Operate hand and power tools (air hammers, tampers, chainsaws, trenching tools, etc).
• Clean and prepare work sites; remove debris; load and unload materials.
• Assist equipment operators and Foremen with daily field activities.
• Work outdoors in all weather and terrain conditions.
• Travel to job sites, including overnight out-of-town assignments; overtime may be required.
• Participate in required training and perform traffic control as needed.
