Qualifications

• Previous construction experience required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform manual labor.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction duties including digging, trenching, site preparation, and cleanup.
• Operate light to medium equipment such as skid steers, mini-excavators, backhoes, and compactors under supervision.
• Assist with installation of foundations, conduit, fencing, and other infrastructure.
• Support crews with concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment; maintain a clean work area.
• Follow safety procedures and OSHA regulations, and assist in traffic control as needed.
