Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree preferred in Civil/Construction Eng Tech.
• 2–4 years’ experience as Engineering Technician or related work.
• 1 year construction inspection experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• Related safety certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing, observation and inspection per procedures.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Document findings clearly and prepare inspection reports.
• Conduct basic data analysis to verify accuracy before submission.
• Communicate findings to Project Manager and team.
• Draft inspection reports for senior review.
• Maintain equipment and calibration; follow safety rules.
• Support senior inspectors on projects as needed.
