Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Minimum of two years experience in construction inspection and construction management for infrastructure projects preferred.
• NYSDOT bridge and highway inspection experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Prepares contract administration documentation, including daily reports, work narratives, special inspection reports, and daily time and material.
• Reviews plans for constructability and prepares technical comments or recommendations.
• Maintains complete daily documentation of construction activities, including photographic records.
• Verity compliance with OSHA safety requirements and project safety standards.
• Attend construction meetings and provide project updates.
