Job summary

NWM Risk Management in Cascade, ID seeks a Contract Construction Inspector to document residential and commercial progress through on-site photos via a mobile app. You’ll visit sites within 25 miles, submit images, and coordinate scheduling.

This role emphasizes reliability, timely reporting, and independent work on a flat-rate payment structure. Experience is flexible; hardware and app compatibility are required, with a focus on prompt site visits and accurate progress verification for lenders’

Qualifications

• Minimum years of experience: Any (no prior experience required).
• Flexible schedule with 24–48 hours’ notice and ~48 hours turn time.
• Reliable transportation to inspection sites.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential construction sites (single-family homes, townhomes, apartments, condos).
• Take interior and exterior photos of properties via smartphone app for progress overview.
• Submit photos through the app to the report writing team.
• Communicate availability and scheduling needs promptly.
• Ensure inspections are completed within 24–48 hours of assignment.
