Job summary

NWM Risk Management seeks a Residential Construction Inspector to work on contract, freelancing basis in the Arlington, MN area. You will visit sites, photograph interiors and exteriors, and upload images via the Pruvan app for the reports team. Turnaround is typically 24–48 hours after assignment.

Flexible scheduling and independent work are available; a vehicle and PPE are required for on-site inspections.

Qualifications

• No experience required; open to all applicants.
• Reliable transportation to travel to sites.
• Smartphone or tablet with Pruvan app; device not older than 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential construction sites (single-family homes, townhomes, apartments, condos).
• Take interior and exterior photos of each property using the mobile app to document progress.
• Submit photos through the app for report compilation.
• Communicate availability and scheduling needs promptly.
• Ensure inspections are completed within 24–48 hours of assignment.
