Qualifications

• Flexible schedule with 24–48 hours’ notice.
• Reliable transportation to inspection sites and PPE gear provided.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential construction sites (single-family homes, townhomes, apartments, condos).
• Take interior and exterior photos to show project progress.
• Submit photos through the app to the report writing team.
• Communicate availability and scheduling needs promptly.
• Ensure inspections are completed within 24–48 hours of assignment.
