The role requires three years of civil or related engineering experience, proficiency with MS Word and Excel, and certifications such as NICET, ACI, NACE, or CCM. Strong communication, documentation control, and the ability to read plans are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience inspecting, testing, or managing construction projects.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and construction reporting software.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Willing to learn and be a team player.
• Three years in civil/highway/facility engineering with at least one year in field inspection.
• Certifications preferred: NICET, NETTCP, ACI, NACE, AWS/CWI, ATSSA, EIT, CCM, CMIT, CACM.

Responsibilities

• Inspect work to ensure conformance with contract plans and specs.
• Report daily progress and maintain accurate documentation of quantities.
• Track and document quantities of work performed.
• Resolve field construction problems and provide oversight as assigned.
