The role requires monitoring contractor work, ensuring adherence to specifications and standards, and documenting progress. Candidates should possess strong field inspection experience and preferably a degree in Civil Engineering or similar. Qualifications

• Ability to perform accurate field measurements and quantity calculations.
• Experience with monitoring compliance and quality standards.
• Ability to work in various construction environments and conditions.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify construction work for compliance with standards.
• Prepare daily inspection reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with project staff and monitor jobsite safety.

Skills

Field inspection experience

Ability to interpret plans and specifications

Familiarity with construction documentation systems

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
