TAI is seeking a Construction Project Engineer to join a critical pharma manufacturing initiative in the Washington, DC area. You will act as the key field coordinator, aligning construction activities with site operations, manufacturing, laboratories, and infrastructure to minimize disruption.

You’ll drive execution from the field, manage complex logistics, coordinate contractors, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient project delivery and compliant operations in a

Competenze

• 5+ years in construction, engineering, facilities, or field coordination.
• Experience in active industrial/manufacturing facilities; pharma/GMP preferred.
• Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, sites, and sequencing.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction mgmt or related engineering preferred.
• Equivalent experience may be considered; strong field constructability review.
• Proficient with MS Office and electronic document management; scheduling tools preferred.

• Develop and maintain construction logistics plans and site access.
• Coordinate contractor movement, deliveries, staging, and outages.
• Interface between project teams and Site Operations; minimize disruption.
• Support look-ahead planning and resolve field conflicts.
