Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor or Master preferred in Construction Science or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant industrial construction coordination and administration experience.
• Ability to manage multiple field contractors and coordinate with project teams.
• Excellent communication, organization, and scheduling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety efforts on projects, setting and enforcing safety expectations for contractors.
• Ensure permits and environmental compliance are in place before work starts.
• Monitor productivity and schedule performance; provide feedback to the Project Manager.
• Communicate daily construction updates to the Scheduler and maintain schedule of values.
• Identify and escalate safety hazards and stop work when triggers occur.
