Roof Depot is seeking a Field Construction Assistant to support our Homebuilder Solutions team. This field-based role operates on active residential construction sites in Greenville, SC, performing hands-on tasks and coordinating materials to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards.

We welcome entry-level candidates and those with construction, roofing, siding, warehouse, delivery, or trade experience.

Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply.
• Construction, roofing, siding, warehouse, delivery, or trade experience is a plus.
• Must meet company driver eligibility requirements.
• Must successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Support daily field operations across active residential construction projects.
• Work alongside Area Construction Managers and Field Construction Managers to keep projects on schedule.
• Communicate with crews, suppliers, and builders to resolve issues and keep jobs moving.
• Assist with quality control inspections and safety compliance.
• Help manage material deliveries, shortages, returns, and job site logistics.
• Track project progress from start to completion.
• Support punch list completion, warranty items, and final walkthroughs.
• Assist with material transportation and deliveries when needed.

What You Will Do

• Support daily field operations across active residential construction projects
