The Roof Depot LLC is seeking a Field Construction Assistant to support its Homebuilder Solutions team on active residential projects. This field role emphasizes problem-solving, coordination with crews, and quality workmanship to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply.
• Construction, roofing, siding, warehouse, delivery, or trade experience is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Reliable, dependable, and accountable.
• Organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Able to climb ladders and walk roofs, including moderate slopes.
• Able to lift up to 80 pounds
• Basic computer and smartphone skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Valid driver's license required
• Must meet company driver eligibility requirements
• Must successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening

Responsibilities
