Job summary

OWL Services is seeking a Compliance Testing Operations Supervisor to lead field testers, ensure compliance testing, and coordinate reporting to regulators and customers. The role involves direct supervision, scheduling, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

The position requires OSHA HAZWOPER certification, a valid driver's license, and 5+ years of relevant experience in underground storage tank systems. Excellent communication and Microsoft Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: Requires High school education, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 5+ years of related field experience with underground storage tank fueling systems.
• Licenses/Certifications: OSHA HAZWOPER 40-hour certification; valid driver's license.
• Technical Abilities: Knowledge of electronic and petroleum equipment repair; proficiency with basic Microsoft Office; able to communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and activities of field testers; supervise testers; set annual goals and review performance.
• Oversee review of reporting field documentation for regulatory agencies and customers.
• Submit customer proposals and invoicing; provide excellent customer service.
