Job summary

Seneca Companies, an OWL Services Affiliated Company, is seeking a Compliance Testing Operations Supervisor to oversee field testing and inspection personnel involved in tank and line testing and regulatory compliance. The role requires strong leadership, safety focus, and experience with testing methods for underground storage tanks.

The position involves coordinating resources, reviewing field reports for regulatory compliance, and providing excellent customer service while maintaining safety

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of related field experience in underground storage tank fueling systems.
• OSHA HAZWOPER 40-hour certification upon hire or within 12 months of hire; valid driver's license.
• Experience with electronic and petroleum equipment repair, testing, and MS Office.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
• Familiar with field concepts and procedures; strong communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and activities of field testing and inspection personnel; supervise testers and manage annual goals and staffing.
• Review reporting field documentation for regulatory agencies and customers.
• Submit customer proposals and invoices; provide excellent customer service and prepare quotes.
• Assist field personnel with testing troubleshooting and ensure compliance with testing standards and safety policies.
• Oversee testers inventory of equipment and parts; track assets.
• Ensure site safety and environmental sustainability; escalate incidents as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
