Job summary

Seneca Companies, an OWL Services Affiliated Company, seeks a Compliance Testing Operations Supervisor to manage field testing, inspection personnel and reporting for underground storage tank systems. The role focuses on ensuring regulatory compliance, safety, and effective field operations across multiple sites.

The candidate will lead testers, coordinate with customers, prepare proposals and quotes, and support field troubleshooting while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Requires high school education or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of related field experience including underground storage tank fueling systems.
• OSHA HAZWOPER 40-hour certification upon hire or within 12 months; valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and activities of field testing and inspection personnel; supervise testers and set annual goals.
• Review field reports and ensure regulatory and customer reporting requirements are met.
• Submit customer quotes, proposals, and provide excellent customer service; manage field troubleshooting and safety compliance.
