Job summary

OWL Services in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Compliance Testing Operations Supervisor to lead field testing of underground storage tank systems, oversee technicians, and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.

You will manage daily operations, review field reports, prepare proposals, tutor staff, monitor inventory, and uphold site safety while coordinating with customers and management.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5+ years in field experience related to underground storage tank fueling systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and activities of field testing and inspection personnel; directly supervise testers and set annual goals.
• Review reporting field documentation for regulatory agencies and customers.
• Submit customer quotes or proposals and invoices; provide superb customer service.
• Assist field personnel with testing troubleshooting; ensure compliance with procedures and safety standards.
• Oversee testers inventory (equipment/parts/tracking).
• Ensure site safety and environmental sustainability; escalate incidents as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
