OWL Services in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Compliance Testing Operations Supervisor to oversee field deployed compliance testing and inspection personnel, review reporting to regulatory agencies and customers, and ensure adherence to testing standards for fueling systems.

The role requires 5+ years of related field experience, OSHA HAZWOPER certification (or within 12 months), and a strong focus on safety, training, and operational efficiency. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of field experience in underground storage tank fueling systems.
• OSHA HAZWOPER 40-hour certification preferred or within 12 months.
• Valid driver’s license required; factory certifications are a plus.
• Knowledge of testing methods, equipment functionality, and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and field testing personnel; supervise testers and set annual goals.
• Review reporting documentation submitted to regulators or customers.
• Submit customer quotes or proposals and provide superb service.
• Assist field personnel with compliance testing troubleshooting and procedures.
• Oversee testers inventory and site safety compliance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
