Qualifications

• 4 plus years of Retail Management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel 75% plus in field operations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, inspect, audit, and determine effectiveness of compliance tasks.
• Complete assigned Tire Cycle Counts, Oil Cycle Counts, and Safety Audits.
• Communicate with Store & District leadership on audit results.
