CAMS is seeking an experienced full-time Community Compliance Inspector to conduct property inspections and manage violations for a portfolio of associations in Greenville, SC and surrounding areas. The role involves inspecting both interior and exterior spaces and communicating findings to managers.

This position offers steady hours and mileage reimbursement. Responsibilities include documenting violations, following up, and generating reports.

• Written and verbal communication skills to be accurate, concise, and clear.

Responsibilities

• Inspect within and outside the office setting.
• Drive throughout communities to inspect properties and common areas.
• Investigate complaints and respond as directed.
• Note and record new violations and update existing ones.
• Maintain data and update violations via a tablet, smartphone, or computer.
• Communicate with managers, staff, or clients.
• Produce reports as directed.
• Other duties as assigned.
