Job summary

Gray Construction is seeking an Assistant Site Manager, Commissioning to join the Field Operations Team. The role involves leading on-site commissioning of equipment and systems, coordinating data in commissioning databases, and driving startup activities across U.S.

projects. The ideal candidate will have a related degree (or two-year equivalent) and at least three years of experience, strong computer skills, and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or associate degree with at least three years of experience.
• Basic computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and email applications.
• Working knowledge of scheduling applications and CxAlloy.
• Energetic, self-motivated, collaborative team player with a passion for development.
• No visa sponsorship; willingness to travel across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Obtain equipment details from approved design documents and update data into the commissioning database.
• Review submittal data and update equipment information for the commissioning database.
• Oversee commissioning and installation of equipment and systems on site to meet specifications.
• Assist in commissioning checklists and manage equipment status in the database.
• Lead on-site commissioning meetings and develop the commissioning schedule.
