Job summary

Gray Construction is seeking a Site Manager I, Commissioning to join the Field Operations Team. This traveling, field-based role will oversee commissioning across disciplines, train staff, and manage commissioning databases on ambitious projects nationwide.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field; 3+ years of related experience or training.
Experience as lead project/commissioning manager on construction projects.
Experience setting up CxAlloy databases for multiple disciplines.
Ability to develop commissioning plans and training for site teams.

Responsibilities

Oversee Commissioning Specialist and APM Commissioning staff; provide training for career advancement.
Develop commissioning scope and ensure it aligns with project needs.
Review Subcontractor Exhibit A to ensure adequate commissioning scope.
Train site teams on CxAlloy Commissioning database usage.
Write commissioning plans and develop commissioning databases; manage data import.
Perform commissioning audits and generate status reports for disciplines.
Lead on-site commissioning meetings with site teams and subcontractors.
Develop commissioning schedules with the Site team.
