Job summary

Gray Construction in the United States is seeking an Assistant Site Manager, Commissioning to join the Field Operations Team on field/project based work. You will oversee on-site commissioning of equipment and systems, coordinate with design and trade partners, and ensure installations meet specifications.

The role requires a degree with 3+ years related experience, strong computer and data management skills (CxAlloy), and willingness to travel to project sites across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree with 3+ years related experience.
• Proficient with word processing, spreadsheets, and email.
• Experience with CxAlloy and scheduling tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Obtain equipment details from design documents and update commissioning database.
• Review submittal data and update equipment info for commissioning database.
• Oversee on-site commissioning of equipment and systems to meet specifications.
• Assist in commissioning checklists and manage equipment status.
• Prepare and lead on-site commissioning meetings and report status.
• Develop commissioning schedule with Site team.
• Lead pre-construction meetings for commissioning roles.
• Verify equipment on delivery and inspect for damage.
• Travel to project sites as required.
• Other duties may be assigned.
