Job summary

Smart Care, a national repair and service provider for commercial foodservice equipment, is seeking a Commercial Kitchen Service Technician for the San Jose, CA area. You will service cooking, refrigeration, and ware-washing equipment and use diagrams and schematics to diagnose issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• EPA and CFESA certifications preferred/licensed.
• 1 year of technical experience in refrigeration, kitchen equipment, HVAC or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair commercial kitchen equipment including cooking and refrigeration units.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment using diagrams and schematics.
• Read and interpret manufacturer specs and parts lists;-order parts as needed.
