Job summary

Nextech is hiring a Commercial Kitchen Equipment Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial kitchen equipment for a wide range of clients. You’ll work independently with strong support from a team and dispatchers to ensure success.

The role includes hands-on service, ongoing technical training, and various benefits. Starting from a home base with daily dispatch, the position offers growth opportunities and a focus on safety and customer excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Industry certifications are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is preferred (from job requirements).
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage your day.
• Willingness to work overtime and participate in on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial kitchen equipment.
• Perform service, repair, installation, and maintenance including refrigeration.
• Coordinate daily schedules with dispatch and document work orders.
• Keep company vehicle, tools, and inventory in good condition.
