Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Proficient in reading schematics and diagnostic tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Advanced understanding of HVAC principles.

Responsibilities

• Provides high level of customer service, technical ability, and quality to customers.
• Installs, maintains, and repairs commercial refrigeration units (reach-in, walk-in, beverage dispensers).
• Diagnoses and repairs electronic, mechanical, and electrical components.
• Travels to job sites and coordinates with Dispatchers for scheduling.
• Available to work nights and weekends on a rotating basis for emergency service.
