Job summary

Smart Care Equipment Solutions is seeking a Commercial Installation Technician to install, service, and maintain commercial refrigeration and related systems in Florida. You will read blueprints, follow manufacturer specifications, and perform regular maintenance while adhering to OSHA safety guidelines on all sites.

A strong emphasis on teamwork, customer service, and ongoing learning is essential, with travel and occasional night shifts as needed to support projects and schedules.

Qualifications

• Team-oriented with strong communication and customer service.
• Willingness to travel out of town and work nights when needed.
• Technical or trade school certificate is a plus.
• Experience with supermarket refrigeration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install commercial systems and related equipment to manufacturer specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams for installations.
• Perform regular service and maintenance of commercial units to ensure optimal performance.
• Adhere to OSHA guidelines and safety protocols on all job sites.
• Collaborate with team members and maintain positive work environment.
• Improve installation and brazing techniques to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Maintain strong customer relationships with clear, friendly communication.
