Job summary

You will prepare clear inspection reports with photos, review supporting documentation, and share insights with Credit, Valuations, and Quality Control teams. A Bachelor’s degree is required, and familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools is preferred.

• Prepare inspection reports with photographs and actionable follow-ups.
• Identify collateral, valuation, and market risks from field observations.
• Review appraisal reports and collateral products for quality and consistency.
• Monitor adherence to valuation guidelines and QA requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share findings and drive issue resolution.
• Perform moderately complex assignments and contribute to cross-functional initiatives.
• Serve as SME for field observations and collateral risk to internal partners.
