Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in due diligence consulting or related technical fields.
• PE or RA credentials preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Capital Needs Assessments and related due diligence to evaluate physical condition and future maintenance costs.
• Communicate and coordinate with on-site property representatives; plan travel and perform site visits.
• Prepare reporting to meet quality control deadlines; travel up to ~40% of time across NY/Boston region and beyond.
