The Fannie Mae is seeking a field-focused collateral property inspector to conduct on-site inspections across Philadelphia and expanded markets. You will evaluate property condition, marketability, and risk, compile clear reports with photographs, and support valuation decisions with observed data.

Travel is required, and you will collaborate with Credit, Valuations, and Quality Control teams while leveraging AI and data analytics to improve reporting and processes.

Qualifications

• Strong observational, analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate field conditions into clear reports with data-driven insights.
• Experience with real estate valuation concepts, collateral risk, and market analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps and data-analytics tools.

Responsabilités

• Conduct on-site property inspections in Philadelphia and expanded markets across multiple property types.
• Assess property condition, occupancy indicators, repair needs, and marketability; document observations.
• Prepare accurate inspection reports with photographs and recommendations; review collateral documentation.
• Identify valuation concerns and communicate recommendations to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Credit, Valuations, Project Standards, and Quality Control teams; support cross-functional initiatives.
• Travel to assigned properties; monitor market conditions and provide actionable insights.
