Job summary

CCR Beverage Solutions is seeking a Service Technician in El Paso, TX to service and maintain commercial coffee equipment for cafes and hospitality clients. You will diagnose faults, perform hands-on repairs, and ensure machines produce quality coffee after service.

Ideal candidates have hands-on repair experience, can read diagrams, and communicate clearly with customers. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift 75 lbs are required; a company vehicle is provided after training.

Qualifications

• Hands-on repair experience across electrical, plumbing, or mechanical work.
• Ability to read electrical and hydraulic diagrams to locate faults.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers.
• Proven ability to manage time and digital tickets efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform 2–3 service calls per day at commercial accounts.
• Diagnose faults using a multimeter and reference diagrams.
• Explain findings to customers in clear, understandable terms.
• Document service notes accurately and track time in ServiceTitan.
• Assist with parts receiving and inventory when needed.
